DAL 10
This equipment allows a correct superimposition of the different circuit layers and pre-peg sheets on the registration machines (AMM 10 and AMM 20).
It is constituted by drawers which store the layers used during the assembly process. A simple programming allows the operator to set the correct drawers'opening sequence in order to have the material ready for the positioning phase in the succession phase in the succession required. During its functioning the machine will open the first drawer to let the operator take the first layer, then it will close it and will open the pre-peg one; after the pre-peg sheet has been taken out of the drawer, the machine opens the following one and so on until the end of the set number of layers. Also available DAL 10 B version with bigger maximum inner dimension.
